Out of Mediocrity

Hosted by Emily Smith, the upcoming Out of Mediocrity, Equipping the Saints event is designed to equip women in leadership and ministry to rise above mediocrity. Together, we will enter into a holy time seeking the Lord together, to encounter His presence in a fresh way, and to receive an outpouring of the Holy Spirit that will equip you for the season ahead.

Out of Mediocrity, Equipping the Saints is a free gathering created for Christian women in ministry and business who long to be refined, strengthened, and empowered by the Lord to victoriously navigate the season ahead.

This space is designed for equipping the saints—a time of prophetic impartation, encouragement, and alignment with the heart of God. It will also be a place of authentic connection with women who love Jesus, share similar ministry journeys, and are responding to His call to go deeper and rise higher in faith and leadership.

We’ll gather inside Adored Boutique, not for shopping, but to receive from the Holy Spirit. Our time together will include:

  • Worship & Prayer – lifting our hearts to the Lord and inviting His presence.
  • Prophetic Encouragement – seeking God’s wisdom for this season.
  • A Brief Word of Challenge & Hope – shared by Emily, to inspire and equip you for what’s next.
  • Light Refreshments – to nourish as we fellowship together.

This is not about busyness, but about being still before God, receiving His outpouring, and leaving refreshed to step more boldly into the calling He has placed on your life.
